Built by people who have watched good plans fall apart by noon
We started Inveno because the daily decisions in a warehouse or plant are too many and change too fast for rules written once a year, and are too important to hand to a model nobody can audit. Systems of record were built to record the operation, not to run it, so the running falls to supervisors switching between the ERP, the WMS and a spreadsheet.
Inveno is the smartest operations analyst working relentlessly for your team. It turns the judgment of your best operators into a playbook the site keeps, and it asks before it acts outside the limits you set.
What we believe
A plan has to adapt to the day, and hold long enough for the floor to execute it.
Optimize the operation, not one metric. On-time shipment, productivity, throughput and cost move together.
AI should be checkable. Mathematical models do the optimizing, agents run the workflow, and people own the exceptions.
Build on the systems you already run. Replacing a WMS, ERP or MES takes heavy IT bandwidth and disrupts live operations; working on top of them doesn't.
